Important pricing conditions.
- The call-out fee is R250 within 25 km of Durban CBD and R450 beyond 25 km. It applies to quotations, repairs, diagnostics and regassing.
- Prices apply per unit and include standard labour.
- The R350 split-unit rate is ideal for homes with two or more units.
- Normal-access residential units are assumed.
- Repairs, replacement parts and refrigerant are excluded.
- Regassing should only happen after the cause of refrigerant loss is assessed.
- Severely contaminated units may require a chemical deep clean.
- Commercial maintenance contracts receive custom volume pricing.
Difficult or high-access units and VRV/VRF systems require an individual quotation.
